WiSE Learning Communities

Live in the residence halls with other women studying science and engineering. Develop friendships and study partners right on your floor. Ask questions of an upper-class peer mentor – someone who was in your shoes a year or two ago. Get involved in community service and student organizations.

Not only can you live together, first-year students living on WiSE floors may take two science or math courses together with students who live on their residence hall floor. A variety of courses are offered: chemistry, calculus, biology, and physics. We work with academic advisors to get students on the right learning team.
